With a Standard NEW LIMIT MAJOR OVERHAUL PACKAGE (comparable to factory "REBUILT" engines) you can expect:

• 100% compliance of the manufacturer's recommended mandatory replacement parts PLUS HYFAST required parts (based on model)

• All clearances within FACTORY NEW limits

• 12 month/480 hour warranty- See warranty sheet for details

• Strict compliance of the manufacturer's published overhaul inspection criteria

• NEW matched weight set of Pistons, Rings and Wrist Pins

• NEW Cylinder Assemblies*

• Magnetic Particle & Liquid Dye Penetrant (NDI) component inspection as required

• Compliance of all current airworthiness directives and mandatory service bulletins

• NEW OEM Tappets and NEW Camshaft* (Certified Roller Camshaft & Roller Lifters if applicable)

• FAA form 8130-3 complete traceability of all replacement parts installed

• NEW Magneto Harnesses and NEW Massive Electrode Spark Plugs (Fine Wire additional)

• NEW Silicone Valve Cover Gaskets & NEW Cylinder Base Nuts

• OVH/EXC Magnetos, Fuel Injection system (or Carburetor), and Turbocharger system (if applicable)

• Crankcase Welding and Machining as required (must be repairable)

• Gold Cadmium Plating of serviceable external hardware and steel components

• Pre-assembly painting and baking of engine components to glossy finish

• Fully tested and reported in our diagnostically equipped and calibrated test cell

• Magnetic Particle & Liquid Dye Penetrant (NDI) component inspection as required

• Compliance of all current airworthiness directives and mandatory service bulletins

• Reground Certified Flat Tappets and associated Camshaft

• Overhauled Chrome Plated Cylinder Assemblies*

• FAA form 8130-3 complete traceability of all replacement parts installed

• NEW Magneto Harnesses and NEW Massive Electrode Spark Plugs

• OVH/EXC Magnetos, Fuel Injection system (or Carburetor), and Turbocharger system (if applicable)

• Crankcase Welding and Machining as required (must be repairable)

• Post assembly Painted with OEM enamel

• Fully tested and reported in our diagnostically equipped and calibrated test cell

*The overhaul of used cylinder assemblies is only considered when each assembly is of a "first run" condition and is subject to a condition approval after inspection.
