 Our overhauls include the following:

• 100% of the manufacturer's recommended mandatory parts replacement
• All clearances within FACTORY NEW limits (Overhauled cylinders must be over-sizable per mfg. or plated)
• Strict compliance of manufacturer's published overhaul inspection criteria
• Magnetic Particle component inspection as required
• Liquid Dye Penetrant component inspection as required
• Compliance of all current airworthiness directives and mandatory service bulletins
• NEW camshaft and flat tappets- NO REGRINDS!
  
• Complete trace-ability of all replacement parts installed
• NEW Magneto Harnesses and NEW Spark Plugs
• Overhauled / Exchanged Fuel Injection System or Carburetor
• Overhauled / Exchanged Magnetos and Starter
• Cadmium plating of serviceable external hardware
• Engine painted with OEM enamel colors (custom colors by request)
• Fully tested and reported in our diagnostically equipped and calibrated test cell
